About Us

Triumph Support Services specializes in providing individualized support for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. Our team has over ten years of experience working with the special needs community. We work with a wide range of adults with varying degrees of Developmental and Mental Health challenges including but not limited to, Persons with Dual Diagnosis, Challenging behaviors, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Down syndrome, Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

We are committed to supporting vulnerable adults to foster personal growth, social inclusion and attain their utmost level of independence. We focus on helping people experience a fulfilling and rich quality of life as active and valued members of their community.

We provide person-centered services and supports to all individuals in our care and in consultation with the individual’s care circle (family members, behavioural specialists, service providers, etc) we develop Individual support plans to help foster a positive environment for our clients to thrive in.

Everyone will have an Individual Support Plan (ISP) that is based on their assessed strengths, needs, and preferences. The plan will identify the specific services/supports available to the individual, the expected outcomes and will be based on the principles of self-determination and social inclusion.
