We provide support for social and recreational outings in the community.

We focus on providing person-centered care to individuals with Developmental and Mental Health challenges find residential supports.
Caregiver Respite: We provide support to give primary caregivers a physical and mental break from caregiving responsibilities.
Supported Independent Living: We provide individualized residential supports to adults with a Developmental Disability based upon their level of identified support needs. This includes but is not limited to finance/budgeting, activities of daily living, and managing medication.
Intensive Supports Residences: Individuals reside in an intensive support residence. A staff-supported residence operated by Triumph Support Services, in which one or two persons with developmental disabilities reside and receive intensive support in a fully staffed residence. Our intensive Supported residences are not Group homes.

We assist clients in finding employment opportunities, volunteering, life skills development such as cooking classes and swimming and encourage hobbies such as dance classes photographs, music lessons, etc.

We provide support with self-care and life skills.

We Provide support services for high crisis individuals with behavioral challenges.

The Passport Program provides funds and enables individuals with a Developmental disability to participate in activities within the community. Triumph Support Services provides brokerage services to clients who need help managing their passport funds.
Specific services related to our intensive supports’ residences consist of
Staffing support for residents
Accommodations for one or two residents
Supports to develop, review and implement an Individual Support Plan (ISP)
Provision of all food (to meet all nutritional needs including those arising from medical conditions) and other residential supports (e.g., bedding, linens, furnishings, personal care items, etc.)
Supports for activities of daily living such as assisting a person with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, administration of medication, and includes training related to money management, banking, using public transportation, and other life skills
Supports provided for participation in community activities provided by residential and respite staff.
Supports for maintaining personal relationships and family connections, as desired by the individual.
Providing and ensuring the health, safety, and wellness of individuals (health concerns, identifying safeguards, personal safety, and security).
Specialized behavior management and/or medical supports that are provided under clearly defined and prescribed clinical supervision.
